When a sysfs binary file is asked to be removed, it is found by attribute name, so strictly speaking this change is not a fix, but just in case when attribute name is changed in the driver or sysfs internals are changed, it might be better to remove the previously created file using right the same binary attribute. None of these files are actually using any __init type directives and hence don't need to include <linux/init.h>. Most are just a left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to code getting copied from one driver to the next. In ancient times it was necessary to manually initialize the bus field of an spi_driver to spi_bus_type. These days this is done in spi_driver_register() so we can drop the manual assignment.
