Release openbmc-4.4-20160819-1

Moves to the 4.4.18 stable release.

Ensure the 4.4 tree can boot okay on our 2016.07-aspeed-openbmc tree.
 * arm/aspeed: Reset AHB on boot.

A fix for ensuring the LEDs stay at the same state on boot. There was a bug in
the GPIO driver, and an addition to the device tree required.
 * dts/barreleye: Keep the LED initial state during boot
 * gpio/aspeed: Write value on switch to output
