2019-04-02openpower-software-manager: Support ubi and static layoutLei YU4-34/+49
Move ubi and static specific configures into bbclass, and inherit the bbclass in openpower-software-manager recipe. Tested: Verify Romulus build uses the static bbclass, and Witherspoon uses the ubi bbclass. 2019-03-28meta-phosphor: Fix explicit dependencies antipatternBrad Bishop24-90/+11
Out of the box bitbake examines built applications, automatically adds runtime dependencies and thus ensures any library packages dependencies are automatically added to images, sdks, etc. There is no need to list them explicitly in a recipe. The modified whitelist by the admin will replace the default whitelist. Tested: Build Quanta GSJ board image and load on the EVB. Ensure that BMC boots to console, and the whitelist is working.
