Configure the fan monitor and fan control services to be protected by the fan watchdog. In the event that any of those services fail to run on the BMC, the fan watchdog would trip and push fans to 100% PWM. 2020-05-27image_types_phosphor.bbclass: mmc tar: Compress ext4 rootfsAdriana Kobylak1-1/+3
Compress the ext4 rootfs so that it's faster to transfer to the BMC and does not take much space. The code update process can then uncompress it on the fly and write to flash. Use zstd to compress which has a good compression rate and is also faster to decompress than xz. 2020-05-27meta-phosphor: add ipv4/ipv6 DISTRO_FEATURESPatrick Williams1-3/+4
DISTRO_FEATURES_LIBC was removed from upstream poky in 2.7 (see ref-manual/migration.xml), and we use to get ipv4 and ipv6 picked up as DISTRO_FEATURES as a side-effect of this variable. It was reported that ipv6 tools were missing from the image, so add this back directly as a DISTRO_FEATURE. Also, sort DISTRO_FEATURES_DEFAULT and remove any reference to the now-deprecated DISTRO_FEATURES_LIBC. 2020-05-27bmcweb: Set BMCWEB_HTTP_REQ_BODY_LIMIT_MB to 400Adriana Kobylak1-0/+1
By default, bmcweb limits the size of the http request body to 30MB to limit a DOS attack based on a large file size. OpenBMC supports "System" or "bundled" images that contain two or more firmware images. For OpenPOWER systems, these include the BMC and Host firmware making the resulting image greater than the default 30MB. A configurable option (BMCWEB_HTTP_REQ_BODY_LIMIT_MB) was added to bmcweb to be able to change this limit: https://github.com/openbmc/bmcweb/commit/0e1cf26b1cd98e0ec069e6187434fcabf1e9c200 Set this option to an arbitrary size of 400MB since the size of /tmp for currently supported OpenBMC systems is ~460MB and /tmp is where the uploaded image files are stored.
