Earlier thought was there would be overhead if
we include "ldap" here in the nssswitch.conf file
so created nsswitch_ldap.conf, but we have tested
both the cases(ldap/local) and we don't find any
overhead,so we don't need both nsswitch.conf and
nsswitch_ldap.conf files
Here is link for nss-pam-ldapd-users discussion thread
https://lists.arthurdejong.org/nss-pam-ldapd-users/2019/msg00021.html
Tested local and ldap user authentication with
valid and invalid credentials.

Rename the network_git.bb recipe to phosphor-network_git.bb to make it
consistent with the other phosphor namespace recipes. This is the final
step as there are no more dependencies on network_git.bb existing.

The distro feature phosphor-isolation is added into openbmc-openpower
distro feature and becomes common for all openpower machines.
So remove them from meta-witherspoon and meta-romulus.
This shall be merged after the commit of adding phosphor-isolation in
openbmc-openpower is merged.
Tested: Verify the Romulus build picks phosphor-isolation distro feature

mbox for PNOR access instead of directly mapping on LPC to PNOR.
Tested: With Palmetto's [dts fix][1] and a PNOR build that enables
[PNORDD_IS_IPMI][2], verify Palmetto boots host successfully.
