This reverts commit 8891e02efa759bb3173a0985f194c1e9a0bc255b.
openbmc/bmcweb#5 has been fixed. This static hosting is needed
for the RedfishServiceValidator.py to pass.
This adds ~50KB to the obmc-phosphor-image-witherspoon.squashfs-xz
With change:
20570112 Jan 17 16:03 obmc-phosphor-image-witherspoon-20190117213346.rootfs.squashfs-xz
Without change:
20525056 Jan 17 16:12 obmc-phosphor-image-witherspoon-20190117220913.rootfs.squashfs-xz
Tested: Verified bmcweb starts fine and responds to redfish
requests. Verified the GUI works. No longer see the
RedfishServiceValidator error associated with not hosting
the metadata.

This adds a new OS identification parameter (OPENBMC_TARGET_MACHINE) to
the /etc/os-release file in the generated OpenBMC image to indicate the
kind of device the OpenBMC image is targeted to control.
This is needed to be able to track the image back to its source code: the
distro and version indicate the exact source code that was used, and the
target machine says which Bitbake layer configuration within that source
was used.
Note the target machine name is typically set in the
openbmc/meta-*/meta-MACHINE/conf/local.conf.sample file.
(This is where TEMPLATECONF points to.)
The "uname" command options -m (machine) and -i (hardware platform) will
continue to refer to the BMC and not its target machine.
Tested: On the build system, `cat $IMAGE_ROOTFS/etc/os-release` shows
the correct value.

Expose header files from phosphor-host-ipmid which is used
by intel-ipmi-oem. This is temporary fix, till the whole ipmid
separation with libipmid and header files are properly separated.
Note: This will be rolled back, once phosphor-host-ipmid headers are
properly exposed.
Unit-test:
verified meta-s2600wf build.

Given that upstream yocto already has a recipe for ipmitool, it doesn't
make sense for us to have a hard fork of it, especially when they are
solving problems for us, and keep the version up to date.
Functionally, this commit does 3 things.
1. Deletes the phosphor specific phosphor-ipmi-tool target
2. Adds the openbmc specific ipmitool patches into phosphor, for ease of
updating to new versions in the future.
3. Updates ipmitool to the latest upstream version: 1.8.18
Tested By:
Built an image with ipmitool included. Ran through some basic commands:
ipmitool mc info
ipmitool sensor list
and observed no errors, and correct responses over dbus.
Ran
ipmitool --help
and observed
ipmitool version 1.8.18
in the output string.

differentiate this.

Use the 2 button packages from the phosphor-buttons repo for
button press handling:
obmc-phosphor-buttons-signals
- Sends signals when buttons are pressed and released
obmc-phosphor-buttons-handler
- Listens for the signals and performs the corresponding
actions, which are the same as the current button code
that lives in skeleton.
These support the power, host reset, and ID buttons, All buttons are
optional, and for a button to be configured its GPIO must reside in
/etc/default/obmc/gpio/gpio_defs.json. If the GPIO isn't found, then
nothing will listen for those button presses. See the phosphor-buttons
code for the naming requirements.

This addresses some assumptions made by systemd about having multiple
routing table support in the kernel. systemd-networkd will try and
provision mutliple routing tables + policies and will silently break
neighbor advertisement responses due to policy configurations on a
single table.
It also adds support for SLAAC based router settings and faster
duplicate address detection.
