This was a machine contributed by Mykola Kostenok
<c_mykolak@mellanox.com> back in 2017, during the infancy of OpenBMC.
It was the first non-IBM machine contributed to the repository.
There's been no updates to this machine since September 2017, and the
device tree was dropped in the move from dev-4.10 to dev-4.13. Some parts
of the system live on at https://github.com/mellanoxbmc.
So long and thanks for all the fish, meta-msn!

The phosphor-inventory-manager application supports creating
associations based on JSON files, where the JSON files have conditions
built into them that say which inventory-manager property values are
required for the associations files to be valid.
Add minimal associations files for the Rainier 2U, Rainier 4U, and
Everest systems that just contain the fan inventory associations for
now. The condition is the 'IM' property on the com.ipzvpd.VSBP
interface on the system/chassis/motherboard path.

- In the BmcWeb repo, according to the `LABEL` in the power-supply
configuration, get the `unit` value of the power type
(PowerInputWatts & PowerOutputWatts).
link: https://github.com/openbmc/bmcweb/blob/master/redfish-core/lib/sensors.hpp#L912
- Since the `LABEL` naming of the previous configuration file was
wrong, it needs to be updated and conforms to the `LABEL` naming
convention.
- Also, sync update association.json to ensure that the correct
sensor value can be obtained.
Tested:
- Built image-bmc successfully on fp5280g2 machine.
- Obtain the correct `PowerInputWatts` & `PowerOutputWatts` by
viewing the BmcWeb log.
- Obtain `redfish/v1/Chassis/chassis/Power` by the Redfish command:
... ...

An issue is being pursued where the synchronization target,
obmc-host-start-pre@.target is not being properly stopped in some
instances. This results in the services which depend on it for
synchronization purposes to execute out of order.
The only critical interaction between services which utilize this target
is the fsi-scan and start_host services. You do not want to be starting
the host until the fsi-scan has completed. For now just define the
dependency directly between the services.
Issue openbmc/openbmc#3755 has been opened to further investigate the
target issue.
Tested:
- Verified when a system was in the invalid state that it correctly
booted without issue with this change.

The following commit introduced a new enum value for power restore:
https://github.com/openbmc/phosphor-dbus-interfaces/commit/66b591e165b53a80e431a543aa8c8e48beba585f
This new "None" value indicates to the power restore logic that the
one_time setting should be ignored. Make this the default so one_time is
ignored until something changes it.

The feature was implemented as an append to the kernel (BSP) layers in
meta-phsophor. This created a three way dance between machine layers,
BSP and meta-phosphor, when it should have been the kernel layer
providing this feature and machines could then opt in.
Fixing this means we could remove the KERNEL_DANGLING_FEATURES_WARN_ONLY
workaround.
As the feature is simply turning on a pair of kernel options without any
other impact, we can implement it by adding the options to our
defconfigs. In fact, aspeed and hpe kernel configurations enable the two
kernel options:
$ git grep CONFIG_KEYBOARD_GPIO=y
meta-aspeed/recipes-kernel/linux/linux-aspeed/aspeed-g4/defconfig:CONFIG_KEYBOARD_GPIO=y
meta-aspeed/recipes-kernel/linux/linux-aspeed/aspeed-g5/defconfig:CONFIG_KEYBOARD_GPIO=y
meta-aspeed/recipes-kernel/linux/linux-aspeed/aspeed-g6/defconfig:CONFIG_KEYBOARD_GPIO=y
meta-hpe/meta-gxp/recipes-kernel/linux/linux-obmc/defconfig:CONFIG_KEYBOARD_GPIO=y
$ git grep CONFIG_INPUT_EVDEV
meta-aspeed/recipes-kernel/linux/linux-aspeed/aspeed-g4/defconfig:CONFIG_INPUT_EVDEV=y
meta-aspeed/recipes-kernel/linux/linux-aspeed/aspeed-g5/defconfig:CONFIG_INPUT_EVDEV=y
meta-aspeed/recipes-kernel/linux/linux-aspeed/aspeed-g6/defconfig:CONFIG_INPUT_EVDEV=y
meta-hpe/meta-gxp/recipes-kernel/linux/linux-obmc/defconfig:CONFIG_INPUT_EVDEV=y
Other machines that wish to enable this feature should ensure it is
added to their BSP's defconfig, or add it to their machine specific
defconfig.

The UID button is used to provide visual identification of the system
when pushed. Pressing the UID button toggles the UID LED. The same
action can be done via Redfish (by patching IndicatorLED from
redfish/v1/Systems/system) or the IPMI chassis identify command.
Tested:
1. Press the UID button to toggles the UID on/off
2. Turn on the UID LED via ipmi command
$ ipmitool chassis identify
3. Turn Lit/Blinking/Off UID LED via Redfish then check the IndicatorLED
values
$ curl -X PATCH --user root:0penBmc -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-H "If-Match: *" --insecure https://BMC_IP/redfish/v1/Systems/system \
-d '{"IndicatorLED": "Lit/Blinking/Off"}'
$curl -X GET --user root:0penBmc -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
--insecure https://BMC_IP/redfish/v1/Systems/system
The IndicatorLED is "Lit/Blinking/Off"
