2019-09-17linux-aspeed: Move to v5.3Joel Stanley1-3/+3
This moves the OpenBMC kernel to a Linux v5.3 base. There are 120 patches in dev-5.3. Of these, 56 are backported from upstream, leaving 64 out of tree patches.
