rsyslog package is being removed for the entire gbmc distro. But bmcweb and dbus-sdr mode of phosphor-ipmi-host needs rsyslog package. Deleting these lines from the packagegroup-obmc-apps.bbappend. The removal of this package can be controlled at the machine level by adding the following line to machine conf.
