2019-05-23meta-ibm: palmetto: override variable assignmentsBrad Bishop1-1/+1
Add overrides to variable assignments as described in "Modify Variables to Support a Different Machine" in the yocto development tasks manual: https://www.yoctoproject.org/docs/latest/dev-manual/dev-manual.html#best-practices-to-follow-when-creating-layers In a nutshell this allows multiple BSP layers to be included simultaneously in bblayers.conf, which increases the potential for meta data sharing between layers. 2019-04-07meta-palmetto: Use mboxd instead of aspeed-lpc-ctrlLei YU1-1/+1
Palmetto is going to enable phosphor-isolation, which requires to use mbox for PNOR access instead of directly mapping on LPC to PNOR. Tested: With Palmetto's [dts fix][1] and a PNOR build that enables [PNORDD_IS_IPMI][2], verify Palmetto boots host successfully.
