	All the metadata in meta-witherspoon has been moved to meta-ibm. A small set of config files remained while the OpenBMC CI infrastructure was updated. That update has occurred so the remaining files can now be removed. 	Do what poky does and add a (commented out) MACHINE entry for each supported machine. MACHINE=witherspoon remains the default. This makes is clear to anyone looking at local.conf.sample what machines are supported by the layer.
