Most of these recipes are no longer needed but bitbake still verifies
the inherit clauses for them. python2 has been removed so need these to
all use the corresponding python3 classes.

Drop inherit license. The LICENSE field is set by each of the three
recipes that inherited obmc-phosphor-pydbus-service, which was the only
class inheriting obmc-phosphor-py-daemon.

Initially this could be done in one place but as
sources move to git repositories this can't be done
in a generic manner.
Adapted existing recipes to this class change.
