	The license files have been renamed to be more clear on whether the license is only for a specific version of the license or for that version and any follow on versions. 	Adopt a more conventional directory hierarchy. meta-phosphor is still a _long_ way from suitable for hosting on yoctoproject.org but things like this don't help.
