Raise UnpackErrorPrinter to Log BMCWEB_LOG_ERROR
If reading a particular property failed, it hits the UnpackErrorPrinter.
The error was captured as a debug message(BMCWEB_LOG_DEBUG).
As it is important to capture these traces on a release image,
the log level is raised to BMCWEB_LOG_ERROR
