meta-ibm: tpm enable on by default for p10bmc
It's time to require this for p10 based machines now
Tested:
- Confirmed by default it is now "Required"
root@p10bmc:~# pldmtool bios GetBIOSAttributeCurrentValueByHandle -a hb_tpm_required
