Move libpeci to meta-phosphor/recipes-x86. libpeci is a common feature. When you need use libpeci, you will don't have to rely on meta-intel-openbmc. Yocto has started throwing WARNINGs about using 'remove' with '+=': WARNING: ...:remove += is not a recommended operator combination, please replace it. This changes the '+=' in those cases to '='. This adds a PACKAGECONFIG option to build the new D-Bus raw PECI daemon. Tested: Enabled this option and confirmed that the raw-peci daemon is started and can handle raw PECI commands sent over D-Bus. 2021-01-25Move meta-intel to meta-intel-openbmcEd Tanous3-0/+38
meta-intel conflicts with the upstream yocto meta layer of the same name. This commit renames meta-intel to meta-intel-openbmc and updates all the relevant bblayers files with the new name. This is to pave the way for allowing the yocto meta-intel in the tree, which would allow the use of generic-x86 machine type, which would allow building and running tests natively.
