	When this .bbappend was added, it had the following commit message: Add tools-profile feature support With this patch, the build system supports the tools-profile feature, We can add it into the EXTRA_IMAGE_FEATURES in conf/local.conf, to add more debug/profile tools into the image It is desirable to have perf and trace-cmd in the image when pulling in debug tools, so remove the removal. 	Adopt a more conventional directory hierarchy. meta-phosphor is still a _long_ way from suitable for hosting on yoctoproject.org but things like this don't help.
