Since the phosphor-logging still has other event
types other than IPMI SEL and also put them in the
"/var/lib/phosphor-logging/errors" directory. It
would make "ipmitool sel list" result in the
unspecified error
Thus, map these logs to the system event sensor as
"Undetermined system hardware failure"

- meson.build doesn't parse the led.yaml you provide,
so replace the yaml file of source before compiling
- install service-override.conf directly intead of
using SYSTEMD_OVERRIDE to avoid package name
changing
- remove unused json config
