Docs/{ABI,admin-guide}/damon: update for fixed virtual address ranges monitoring
This commit documents the user space support of the newly added monitoring operations set for fixed virtual address ranges monitoring, namely 'fvaddr', on the ABI and usage documents for DAMON.
