perf: arm_cspmu: Add support for NVIDIA SCF and MCF attribute
Add support for NVIDIA System Cache Fabric (SCF) and Memory Control
Fabric (MCF) PMU attributes for CoreSight PMU implementation in
NVIDIA devices.
