mmc: core: Fix ambiguous TRIM and DISCARD arg
Clean up the MMC_TRIM_ARGS define that became ambiguous with DISCARD introduction. While at it, let's fix one usage where MMC_TRIM_ARGS falsely included DISCARD too.
