[SCSI] zfcp: Remove STATUS_COMMON_REMOVE flag as it is not required anymore
The flag ZFCP_STATUS_COMMON_REMOVE was used to indicate that a resource is not ready to be used or about to be removed from the system. This is now better done by an improved list handling and therefore the additional indicator is not required anymore.
