scsi: lpfc: Reinitialize internal VMID data structures after FLOGI completion
After enabling VMID, an issue LIP test was erasing fabric switch VMID information. Introduce a lpfc_reinit_vmid() routine, which reinitializes all VMID data structures upon FLOGI completion in fabric topology.
