mtd: rawnand: Add NV-DDR timings
[ Upstream commit 1666b815ad1a5b6373e950da5002ac46521a9b28 ] Create the relevant ONFI NV-DDR timings structure and fill it with default values from the ONFI specification. Add the relevant structure entries and helpers.
