xsk: Remove MEM_TYPE_ZERO_COPY and corresponding code
There are no users of MEM_TYPE_ZERO_COPY. Remove all corresponding code, including the "handle" member of struct xdp_buff. rfc->v1: Fixed spelling in commit message.
