selftests/resctrl: Add Cache QoS Monitoring (CQM) selftest
Cache QoS Monitoring (CQM) selftest starts stressful cache benchmark with specified size of memory to access the cache. Last Level cache occupancy reported by CQM should be close to the size of the memory.
