2020-10-08media: dt-bindings: media: venus: Add an optional power domain for perf votingRajendra Nayak2-2/+10
Venus needs to vote for the performance state of a power domain (cx) to be able to support DVFS. This 'cx' power domain is controlled by rpmh and is a common power domain (scalable) not specific to venus alone. This is optional in the sense that, leaving this power domain out does not really impact the functionality but just makes the platform a little less power efficient. 2020-08-14dt-bindings: Remove more cases of 'allOf' containing a '$ref'Rob Herring1-23/+20
Another wack-a-mole pass of killing off unnecessary 'allOf + $ref' usage. json-schema versions draft7 and earlier have a weird behavior in that any keywords combined with a '$ref' are ignored (silently). The correct form was to put a '$ref' under an 'allOf'. This behavior is now changed in the 2019-09 json-schema spec and '$ref' can be mixed with other keywords. The json-schema library doesn't yet support this, but the tooling now does a fixup for this and either way works. 2020-06-11dt-bindings: Remove more cases of 'allOf' containing a '$ref'Rob Herring1-2/+1
Another round of 'allOf' removals that came in this cycle. json-schema versions draft7 and earlier have a weird behavior in that any keywords combined with a '$ref' are ignored (silently). The correct form was to put a '$ref' under an 'allOf'. This behavior is now changed in the 2019-09 json-schema spec and '$ref' can be mixed with other keywords. The json-schema library doesn't yet support this, but the tooling now does a fixup for this and either way works.
