2023-05-26ARM: lpc32xx: add missing includeArnd Bergmann1-0/+1
lpc32xx_loopback_set() is defined in linux/soc/nxp/lpc32xx-misc.h but this is not included before the function definition. arch/arm/mach-lpc32xx/serial.c:63:6: error: no previous prototype for 'lpc32xx_loopback_set' Fixes: ffba29c9ebd0 ("serial: lpc32xx: allow compile testing") Acked-by: Vladimir Zapolskiy <vz@mleia.com> Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20230516153109.514251-7-arnd@kernel.org Signed-off-by: Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de>
2019-08-15ARM: lpc32xx: clean up header filesArnd Bergmann1-2/+1
All device drivers have stopped relying on mach/*.h headers, so move the remaining headers into arch/arm/mach-lpc32xx/lpc32xx.h to prepare for multiplatform builds. The mach/entry-macro.S file has been unused for a long time now and can simply get removed. The lpc32xx_loopback_set() function in hte lpc32xx_hs driver is the one thing that relies on platform header files. Move that into the core platform code so we only need a variable declaration for it, and enable COMPILE_TEST building. 2016-02-11arm: lpc32xx: switch to common clock frameworkVladimir Zapolskiy1-3/+0
The change switches NXP LPC32xx platforms to LPC32xx clock driver powered by common clock framework, this obsoletes mach-lpc32xx/clock.o legacy clock driver and thus it is removed. Legacy timer driver mach-lpc32xx/timer.o strictly depends on legacy clock support, but fortunately an existing LPC32xx clock source and clock event driver completely replaces it, and thus it can be removed as well. Noticeably platform UART driver directly operates on LPC32xx source control block registers, remove this dependency to avoid overlapping with common clock framework driver, also this guarantees that UART is working expectedly. 2012-06-14ARM: LPC32xx: DT conversion of Standard UARTsRoland Stigge1-84/+1
This patch switches from static serial driver initialization to devicetree configuration. This way, the Standard UARTs of the LPC32xx SoC can be enabled individually via DT. E.g., instead of Kconfig configuration, the phy3250.dts activates UARTs 3 and 5. Signed-off-by: Roland Stigge <stigge@antcom.de> Tested-by: Alexandre Pereira da Silva <aletes.xgr@gmail.com>

2012-02-27ARM: LPC32xx: serial.c: HW bug workaroundRoland Stigge1-0/+18
This patch fixes a HW bug by flushing RX FIFOs of the UARTs on init. It was ported from NXP's git.lpclinux.com tree. Signed-off-by: Roland Stigge <stigge@antcom.de> Cc: stable@vger.kernel.org
