With the gcc driver now being more complete and describing clocks which
might not always be write-accessible to the OS, conservatively specify
all such clocks as protected in the SoC dts.
The board dts - or even user-supplied dts - can override this property
to reflect the actual configuration.

The msm8998 cache nodes have some issues. First, L1 caches are described
within cpu nodes, not as separate nodes. The 'next-level-cache' property
is of course in the correct location, otherwise the cache hierarchy
walking would not work. Remove all the L1 cache nodes.
Second, 'arm,arch-cache' is not a documented compatible string. "cache"
is a sufficient compatible string for the Arm architected caches.

According to the new DT schema for qcom,rpm-msg-ram the node name
should be sram@. memory@ is reserved for definition of physical RAM
(usable by Linux).
This fixes the following dtbs_check error on various device trees:
memory@60000: 'device_type' is a required property

'#clock-cells' is a required property of QMP PHY child node, not itself.
Move it to fix the dtbs_check warnings.
There are only '#clock-cells' removal from SM8350 QMP PHY nodes, because
child nodes already have the property.

The MSM8998 SoC includes an Adreno 540.1 GPU, with a maximum frequency
of 710MHz. This GPU may or may not accept a ZAP shader, depending on
platform configuration, so adding a zap-shader node is left to the
board DT.

The QFPROM iospace was (erroneously, I believe) set to the uncalibrated
fuse start address, but every driver only needs - and will always only
need - only calibrated values.
Move the iospace forward to the calibrated values start to avoid
offsetting every fuse definition.
Obviously, the only defined fuse (qusb2_hstx_trim) was also fixed to
remove the offset, in order to comply with this change.

The entry/exit latency and minimum residency in state for the idle
states of MSM8998 were ..bad: first of all, for all of them the
timings were written for CPU sleep but the min-residency-us param
was miscalculated (supposedly, while porting this from downstream);
Then, the power collapse states are setting PC on both the CPU
cluster *and* the L2 cache, which have different timings: in the
specific case of L2 the times are higher so these ones should be
taken into account instead of the CPU ones.
This parameter misconfiguration was not giving particular issues
because on MSM8998 there was no CPU scaling at all, so cluster/L2
power collapse was rarely (if ever) hit.
When CPU scaling is enabled, though, the wrong timings will produce
SoC unstability shown to the user as random, apparently error-less,
sudden reboots and/or lockups.
This set of parameters are stabilizing the SoC when CPU scaling is
ON and when power collapse is frequently hit.

In a future patch the GCC driver will stop requesting this xo clock by
its global "xo" name, in favour of having an explicit phandle here in
the DT. Aside from that this clock in addition to the mandatory
"sleep_clk" were never passed despite being required by the relevant
dt-bindings.

In accordance with the DWC USB3 bindings the corresponding node
name is suppose to comply with the Generic USB HCD DT schema, which
requires the USB nodes to have the name acceptable by the regexp:
"^usb(@.*)?" . Make sure the "snps,dwc3"-compatible nodes are correctly
named.

Some components (like PCIe) are not used on all devices and
with a certain firmware configuration they might end up triggering
a force reboot or a Synchronous Abort.
This commit brings no functional difference as the nodes are
enabled on devices which didn't disable them previously.

The BLSP2-connected interfaces started from 0 which is.. misleading

The tcsr syscon region is really 0x40000 in size. We need access to the
full region so that we can access the axi resets when managing the
modem subsystem.

Add the wifi node and required reserved memory to enable the wlan
hardware. Enable the wifi node in both the mtp and clamshell platforms
after adding the relevant regulators for each platform.

While there are several peripherals on the anoc2, most are not behind the
smmu. However, the SoC integrated wlan block is behind the smmu, so we'll
need to control the smmu inorder to enable wifi.

Boot failure has been reported on MSM8998 based laptop when
coresight is enabled. This is most likely due to lack of
firmware support for coresight on production device when
compared to debug device like MTP where this issue is not
observed. So disable coresight by default for MSM8998 and
enable it only for MSM8998 MTP.

DT nodes should be ordered by address, then node name, and finally label.
The msm8998 dtsi does not follow this, so clean it up by reordering the
nodes. While we are at it, extend the addresses to be fully 32-bits wide
so that ordering is easy to determine when adding new nodes. Also, two
or so nodes had the wrong address value in their node name (did not match
the reg property), so fix those up as well.
Hopefully going forward, things can be maintained so that a cleanup like
this is not needed.

msm8998 has 22 sensors connected in total, 14 on the 1st controller, 8
on the 2nd controller. Increase the number to allow sensors with ID 12
and 13 to be registered.
