Factor out the parts on the White Hawk CPU board that are also present
on the White Hawk Single board, so they can be reused when introducing
support for the latter.

The White Hawk CPU board can be used standalone, without connecting it
to the White Hawk BreakOut board.
Add a DTS file for supporting this use case.

The pin control description for the serial console was added, but not
enabled, due to missing pinctrl properties in the serial port device
node.

Add DT nodes needed for the mini DP connector. The DP is driven by
sn65dsi86, which in turn gets the pixel data from the SoC via DSI.

The serial console port on White Hawk is located on the CPU board.
Hence move the aliases and chosen nodes containing serial console
configuration from the main White Hawk DTS file to the DTS file that
describes the CPU board.
