2023-03-14clk: qcom: clk-krait: switch to .determine_rateLuca Weiss1-5/+5
.determine_rate is meant to replace .round_rate. The former comes with a benefit which is especially relevant on 32-bit systems: since .determine_rate uses an "unsigned long" (compared to a "signed long" which is used by .round_rate) the maximum value on 32-bit systems increases from 2^31 (or approx. 2.14GHz) to 2^32 (or approx. 4.29GHz). 2022-12-02clk: qcom: clk-krait: fix wrong div2 functionsChristian Marangi1-0/+2
Currently div2 value is applied to the wrong bits. This is caused by a bug in the code where the shift is done only for lpl, for anything else the mask is not shifted to the correct bits. Fix this by correctly shift if lpl is not supported. 2022-06-27clk: qcom: clk-krait: add apq/ipq8064 errata workaroundAnsuel Smith1-0/+16
Add apq/ipq8064 errata workaround where the sec_src clock gating needs to be disabled during switching. krait-cc compatible is not enough to handle this and limit this workaround to apq/ipq8064. We check machine compatible to handle this. Unlock spinlock after the mux switch is completed to prevent any corner case of mux request while the switch still needs to be done. 2018-10-17clk: qcom: Add safe switch hook for krait mux clocksSricharan R1-0/+2
When the Hfplls are reprogrammed during the rate change, the primary muxes which are sourced from the same hfpll for higher frequencies, needs to be switched to the 'safe secondary mux' as the parent for that small window. This is done by registering a clk notifier for the muxes and switching to the safe parent in the PRE_RATE_CHANGE notifier and back to the original parent in the POST_RATE_CHANGE notifier. 2018-10-17clk: qcom: Add Krait clock controller driverStephen Boyd1-2/+2
The Krait CPU clocks are made up of a primary mux and secondary mux for each CPU and the L2, controlled via cp15 accessors. For Kraits within KPSSv1 each secondary mux accepts a different aux source, but on KPSSv2 each secondary mux accepts the same aux source. 2018-10-17clk: qcom: Add support for Krait clocksStephen Boyd1-0/+124
The Krait clocks are made up of a series of muxes and a divider that choose between a fixed rate clock and dedicated HFPLLs for each CPU. Instead of using mmio accesses to remux parents, the Krait implementation exposes the remux control via cp15 registers. Support these clocks.
