The previous wrapper qcom_cc_really_probe takes the platform
device as parameter, which is limited to platform driver.
As for qca8k clock controller driver, which is registered as
the MDIO device, which also follows the qcom clock framework.
To commonize qcom_cc_really_probe, updating it to take the
struct device as parameter, so that the qcom_cc_really_probe
can be utilized by the previous platform device and the new
added MDIO device.
Also update the current clock controller drivers to take
&pdev->dev as parameter when calling qcom_cc_really_probe.

Right now, msm8998 video decoder (venus) is non-functional:

Bryan O'Donoghue suggested the proper fix:
- Set required register offsets in venus GDSC structs.
- Set HW_CTRL flag.

The SMMU GDSC doesn't have to be ALWAYS-ON and shouldn't feature the
HW_CTRL flag (it's separate from hw_ctrl_addr). In addition to that,
it should feature a cxc entry for bimc_smmu_axi_clk and be marked as
votable.
Fix all of these issues.

Up until now, the GPLL0_DIV MMSS input has been modeled as a fixed
child of MMSS_GPLL0_DIV that's always-on. Properly representing the
former in the GCC driver makes us unable to keep doing so.
Consume MSS_GPLL0_DIV through fw_name ("gpll0_div") as well as add a
fixed .name link to keep backwards compatibility.

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

A previous patch removes the "xo" clock from the global namespace making
it impossible to acquire by that ".name". The device-tree for msm8998
currently does not include an mmcc node but the dt-bindings for this
compatible already require all these clocks, and the patch introducing
this node [1] also includes them.

This GDSC enables (or cuts!) power to the Multimedia Subsystem IOMMU
(mmss smmu), which has bootloader pre-set secure contexts.
In the event of a complete power loss, the secure contexts will be
reset and the hypervisor will crash the SoC.
To prevent this, and get a working multimedia subsystem, set this
GDSC as always on.

Hardware clock gating is supported on some of the clocks declared in
there: ignoring that it does exist may lead to unstabilities on some
firmwares.
Add the HWCG registers where applicable to stop potential crashes.
This was verified on a smartphone shipped with a recent MSM8998
firmware, which will experience random crashes without this change.
