isdn source code uses a not-current coding style.
Update the coding style used on a per-line basis
so that git diff -w shows only elided blank lines
at EOF.
Done with emacs and some scripts and some typing.
Built x86 allyesconfig.
No detected change in objdump -d or size.

Here's a small warning fix for drivers/isdn/i4l/isdn_v110.c
drivers/isdn/i4l/isdn_v110.c:523: warning: `ret' might be used uninitialized in this function
In addition to Karsten Keil signing off on the patch, Thomas Pfeiffer also
commented on the patch, saying
"initializing ret with the value zero is correct and should be done."

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
