2024-07-03net: wwan: mhi: make default data link id configurableSlark Xiao1-2/+16
For SDX72 MBIM mode, it starts data mux id from 112 instead of 0. This would lead to device can't ping outside successfully. Also MBIM side would report "bad packet session (112)". In order to fix this issue, we decide to use the device name of MHI controller to do a match in wwan side. Then wwan driver could set a corresponding mux_id value according to the MHI product. 2022-11-07net: wwan: mhi: fix memory leak in mhi_mbim_dellinkHW He1-0/+1
MHI driver registers network device without setting the needs_free_netdev flag, and does NOT call free_netdev() when unregisters network device, which causes a memory leak. This patch sets needs_free_netdev to true when registers network device, which makes netdev subsystem call free_netdev() automatically after unregister_netdevice(). 2022-10-29net: Remove the obsolte u64_stats_fetch_*_irq() users (drivers).Thomas Gleixner1-4/+4
Now that the 32bit UP oddity is gone and 32bit uses always a sequence count, there is no need for the fetch_irq() variants anymore. Convert to the regular interface. 2022-01-16net: wwan: Fix MRU mismatch issue which may lead to data connection lostSlark Xiao1-2/+2
In pci_generic.c there is a 'mru_default' in struct mhi_pci_dev_info. This value shall be used for whole mhi if it's given a value for a specific product. But in function mhi_net_rx_refill_work(), it's still using hard code value MHI_DEFAULT_MRU. 'mru_default' shall have higher priority than MHI_DEFAULT_MRU. And after checking, this change could help fix a data connection lost issue. 2021-08-04net: wwan: Add MHI MBIM network driverLoic Poulain1-0/+657
Add new wwan driver for MBIM over MHI. MBIM is a transport protocol for IP packets, allowing packet aggregation and muxing. Initially designed for USB bus, it is also exposed through MHI bus for QCOM based PCIe wwan modems. This driver supports the new wwan rtnetlink interface for multi-link management and has been tested with Quectel EM120R-GL M2 module.
