2021-05-15scsi: snic: Fix an error messageChristophe JAILLET1-4/+1
'ret' is known to be 0 here. No error code is available so just remove 'ret' from the error message. While at it, change the word "Queuing" into "Init" which looks more appropriate. 2020-04-25scsi: snic: Make snic_io_exch_ver_cmpl_handler() return voidJason Yan1-4/+1
This function does not need a return value since no callers depend on it. Make it return void. This also fixes the coccicheck warning: drivers/scsi/snic/snic_ctl.c:163:5-8: Unneeded variable: "ret". Return "0" on line 228 Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20200418070615.11603-1-yanaijie@huawei.com Reported-by: Hulk Robot <hulkci@huawei.com> Signed-off-by: Jason Yan <yanaijie@huawei.com> Signed-off-by: Martin K. 2016-03-02snic: correctly check for array overrun on overly long version numberColin Ian King1-1/+1
The snic version number is expected to be 4 decimals in the form like a netmask string with each number stored in an element in array v. However, there is an off-by-one check on the number of elements in v allowing one to pass a 5 decimal version number causing v[4] to be referenced, causing a buffer overrun. Fix the off-by-one error by comparing to i > 3 rather than 4. 2015-06-20snic: driver for Cisco SCSI HBANarsimhulu Musini1-0/+279
Cisco has developed a new PCI HBA interface called sNIC, which stands for SCSI NIC. This is a new storage feature supported on specialized network adapter. The new PCI function provides a uniform host interface and abstracts backend storage.
