Now that the egress function can be called from egress hook, we need
to avoid recursive calls into the nf_tables traverser, else crash.

Eric reports skb_under_panic when using dup/fwd via bond+egress hook.
Before pushing mac header, we should make sure that we're called from
ingress to put back what was pulled earlier.
In egress case, the MAC header is already there; we should leave skb
alone.
While at it be more careful here: skb might have been altered and
headroom reduced, so add a skb_cow() before so that headroom is
increased if necessary.
nf_do_netdev_egress() assumes skb ownership (it normally ends with
a call to dev_queue_xmit), so we must free the packet on error.

Right now, skb->tstamp is reset to 0 whenever the skb is forwarded.
If skb->tstamp has the mono delivery_time, clearing it can hurt
the performance when it finally transmits out to fq@phy-dev.
The earlier patch added a skb->mono_delivery_time bit to
flag the skb->tstamp carrying the mono delivery_time.
This patch adds skb_clear_tstamp() helper which keeps
the mono delivery_time and clears everything else.
The delivery_time clearing will be postponed until the stack knows the
skb will be delivered locally. It will be done in a latter patch.

Similar to 7980d2eabde8 ("ipvs: clear skb->tstamp in forwarding path").
fq qdisc requires tstamp to be cleared in forwarding path.

The user tool modinfo is used to get information on kernel modules, including a
description where it is available.
This patch adds a brief MODULE_DESCRIPTION to netfilter kernel modules
(descriptions taken from Kconfig file or code comments)

This patch adds support for packet mirroring and redirection. The
nft_fwd_dup_netdev_offload() function configures the flow_action object
for the fwd and the dup actions.
Extend nft_flow_rule_destroy() to release the net_device object when the
flow_rule object is released, since nft_fwd_dup_netdev_offload() bumps
the net_device reference counter.

Don't copy relevant fields from hook state structure, instead use the
one that is already available in struct xt_action_param.
This patch also adds a set of new wrapper functions to fetch relevant
hook state structure fields.

You can use this to duplicate packets and inject them at the egress path
of the specified interface. This duplication allows you to inspect
traffic from the dummy or any other interface dedicated to this purpose.
