Instead of calling put_device(&adev->dev) where adev is a pointer
to an ACPI device, use specific call, i.e. acpi_dev_put().
Also move it out of the conditional to make it more visible in case
some other code will be added which may use that pointer. We need
to keep a reference as long as we use the pointer.

snd_soc_card_jack_new() allowed to create jack kcontrol without pins,
but did not create kcontrols. The jack would not have kcontrols if pins
were not going to be added.
This renames the old snd_soc_card_jack_new() to
snd_soc_card_jack_new_pins() for use when pins are provided or will be
added later. The new snd_soc_card_jack_new() appropriately creates a
jack for use without pins and adds a kcontrol.

The rt5672 codec is used on some Bay Trail CR boards, on these SoCs SSP2
is not available and SSP0 should be used instead. At support for this.
This has been tested on a Dell Venue 10 Pro 5055.

The Atom/SST driver does not rely on ASoC power management, but the
SOF driver does. Rather than using a hard-coded build-time assignment,
we can set this pm_ops dynamically depending on what the parent
is. That will remove the last build-time dependency and allow for
coexistence of both SST and SOF drivers for Baytrail/Cherrytrail.

To avoid hard-coded variations between SOF and SST drivers, set the
card name and driver dynamically depending on the parent type. This is
the first pass required to let distributions select which drivers to
use with kernel parameters instead of build-time selection.

As Pierre-Louis Bossart pointed out, saying that the default mode for the
SSP is TDM 4 slot is not entirely accurate.
There really are 2 default modes:
The default mode for the SSP configuration is TDM 4 slot for the
cpu-dai (hard-coded in DSP firmware),
The default mode for the SSP configuration is I2S for the codec-dai
(hard-coded in the 'SSP2-Codec" .dai_fmt masks, so far unused).
This commit updates the comment in cht_codec_fixup() to properly reflect
this.

The default mode for SSP configuration is TDM 4 slot and so far we were
using this for the bus format on cht-bsw-rt56732 boards.
One board, the Lenovo Miix 2 10 uses not 1 but 2 codecs connected to SSP2.
The second piggy-backed, output-only codec is inside the keyboard-dock
(which has extra speakers). Unlike the main rt5672 codec, we cannot
configure this codec, it is hard coded to use 2 channel 24 bit I2S.
Using 4 channel TDM leads to the dock speakers codec (which listens in on
the data send from the SSP to the rt5672 codec) emiting horribly distorted
sound.
Since we only support 2 channels anyways, there is no need for TDM on any
cht-bsw-rt5672 designs. So we can simply use I2S 2ch everywhere.
This commit fixes the Lenovo Miix 2 10 dock speakers issue by changing
the bus format set in cht_codec_fixup() to I2S 2 channel.
This change has been tested on the following devices with a rt5672 codec:
Lenovo Miix 2 10
Lenovo Thinkpad 8
Lenovo Thinkpad 10 (gen 1)

Blindly adding an sof- prefix to the card name is not user friendly
and causes UCM issues with a driver name truncated to 16 characters.
Simplify to use "sof-bytcht <codec_name>" pattern for all cht* machine
drivers. The sof- prefix is added by the core. A generic "SOF" driver
name is used, and UCMv2 will detect the configuration for this driver
by testing the card name.
Legacy uses are unmodified.

The API, which belongs to GPIO library, is foreign to ACPI headers. Earlier
we moved out I²C out of the latter, and now it's time for
acpi_dev_add_driver_gpios() et al.
For time being the acpi_gpio_get_irq_resource() and acpi_dev_gpio_irq_get()
are left untouched as they need more thought about.
Note, it requires uninline acpi_dev_remove_driver_gpios() to keep purity of
consumer.h.

For some reason we test if the machine is passed as a parameter before
fixing up the codec name. This is unnecessary, generates false
positives in static analysis tools and done only in this machine
driver, remove and adjust indentation.

GFP_ATOMIC is not required on any Intel drivers, use GFP_KERNEL
instead. A first cleanup was merged in April but missed a number
occurrences and new ones were added by copy/paste inertia.

Having the headset buttons send BTN_0, BTN_1 and BTN_2 events is not
really useful. Add mappings to PLAYPAUSE VOLUME_UP and VOLUME_DOWN like
we do in other Intel machine drivers.

Hard-coded setups conflict with topology defined ones. Move this code to
codec_fixup so that SOF can override codec dai settings, e.g. to only use
2 channels.

ACPI support is not specific to the Intel/SST driver. Move the enumeration
and matching code which is not hardware-dependent to sound/soc and rename
relevant sst_acpi_ structures and functions with snd_soc_acpi_ prefix
soc-acpi.h is protected by a #ifndef __LINUX_SND_SOC_ACPI_H for
consistency with all other SoC .h files:

The hard-coded compressed dailinks are not supported using
publicly-available firmwares, which creates unnecessary user
confusion [1]. Even if the firmware was available, the mainline
code does not have the required .dynamic=1 and .dpcm_playback=1
fields so probably never worked as is, and last and they conflict
with topology-defined streams.
Remove them and move on. This can be re-enabled with SOF later
in a more flexible manner.

For some reason the Atom/HiFi2 machine drivers use an id=1 instead
of zero as done on all other platforms. This gets in the way of
topology-based matching, realign for consistency. This should
not have any functional impact on existing solutions with don't rely
on topology.

The code scans all components looking for the default name
i2c-10EC5670:00, which of course doesn't work in platforms
where the BIOS uses a different HID such as Dell 5585
Since we already have the correct information available, just
use the actual codec name and length.

The clock framework was only used in Baytrail, on Cherrytrail
the firmware takes care of the MCLK/plt_clk_3.
With the fix in 'commit d31fd43c0f9a
("clk: x86: Do not gate clocks enabled by the firmware")'
the firmware-managed clocks are not impacted by enable/disable
requests make at the driver level, and the rates are identical.
Remove all checks for Baytrail and use devm_clk_get()
unconditionally. Tested on Asus T100HA (CHT) and Asus T100TAF (BYT)
Note that the RT5640 and RT5645 machine drivers need to keep some
checks for Valleyview to check for Baytrail-CR.

RT5670 codec driver and its machine driver for Intel CHT assume the
implicit GPIO mapping on the index 0 while BIOS on most devices don't
provide it. The recent commit f10e4bf6632b ("gpio: acpi: Even more
tighten up ACPI GPIO lookups") restricts such cases and it resulted in
a regression where the headset jack setup fails like:

rt5670 i2c-10EC5672:00: Adding jack GPIO failed
For fixing this, we need to provide the GPIO mapping explicitly in the
machine driver. Also this patch corrects the string to be passed to
gpiolib to match with the pre-given mapping, too.

Current Card has Codec list (= codec_dev_list), but Codec will be
removed in the future. Because of this reason, this patch adds
new Component list in Card, and replace Codec list.

Instead of hard-coded "i2c-10EC5670:00", use the translation helper to
avoid the mismatch between i2c-codec and ACPI strings just like what
we've done for bytcr_rt5640. This gives more robust binding on funky
devices like Dell Wyse 3040.

Check for snd_soc_ops structures that are only stored in the ops field of a
snd_soc_dai_link structure. This field is declared const, so snd_soc_ops
structures that have this property can be declared as const also.

The generic ID can be used by topology:
- Toplogy can create FE links and set their ID, machine drivers will
be notified and check this ID for machine-specific init.
- Toplogy can use the ID to find existing BE & CC links and further
configure them.
