x86/kconfig: Enable CONFIG_JUMP_LABEL in the defconfigs
Enable CONFIG_JUMP_LABEL in the defconfigs, the feature already deals with GCC not having the asm-goto feature so will not break the build on older compilers. Having it enabled generates a faster kernel at very little extra cost since we already include all the code patching code by having KPROBES enabled.
