 - NULL pointer deref fix for xen-blkfront (Vasilis Liaskovitis)

 - Fixing the get_rq trace point placement in blk-mq (Xiaoguang Wang)

 - Removal of a set-but-not-read variable in cdrom (zhong jiang)
