This reverts commit eb9b7bfd5954f5f6ac4d57313541dd0294660aad as it
breaks working userspace implementations (i.e. Android systems)
The device node name here is part of configfs, so it is a user-visable
api that can not be changed.

This patch enables the primary and secondary USB controllers on the
qcs404-evb.
Primary:
The primary USB controller has
- One USB3 SS PHY using gpio-usb-conn
- One USB2 HS PHY in device mode only and no connector driver
associated.
Secondary:
The second DWC3 controller which has one USB Hi-Speed PHY attached to it.

vdd_apc is the regulator that supplies the main CPU cluster.
At sudden CPU load changes, we have noticed invalid page faults on
addresses with all bits shifted, as well as on addresses with individual
bits flipped.
By putting the vdd_apc regulator in high power mode, the voltage drops
during sudden load changes will be less severe, and we have not been able
to reproduce the invalid page faults with the regulator in this mode.

'7d0c76bdf227 ("clk: qcom: Add WCSS gcc clock control for QCS404")'
introduces two new clocks to gcc. These are not used before
clk_disable_unused() and as such the clock framework tries to disable
them.
But on the EVB these registers are only accessible through TrustZone, so
these clocks must be marked as "protected" to prevent the clock code
from touching them.
Numerical values are used as the constants are not yet available in a
common tree.

With the Trustzone based CDSP remoteproc driver these clocks are
controlled elsewhere and as they are not enabled by anything in Linux
the clock framework will turn them off during lateinit.

The current l3 min voltage level is not supported by
the regulator (the voltage is not a multiple of the regulator step size),
so a driver requesting this exact voltage would fail, see discussion in:
https://patchwork.kernel.org/comment/22461199/
It was agreed upon to set a min voltage level that is a multiple of the
regulator step size.
There was actually a patch sent that did this:
https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/10819313/
However, the commit 331ab98f8c4a ("arm64: dts: qcom: qcs404:
