CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev* markings need to be removed. This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata, and __devexit from these drivers. Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand. 2012-07-19MIPS: PCI: Move fixups from __init to __devinit.Sebastian Andrzej Siewior1-1/+1
Fixups are executed once the pci-device is found which is during boot process so __init seems fine as long as the platform does not support hotplug. However it is possible to remove the PCI bus at run time and have it rediscovered again via "echo 1 > /sys/bus/pci/rescan" and this will call the fixups again. 2010-10-07MIPS: Add missing #inclusions of <linux/irq.h>David Howells1-0/+1
Add missing #inclusions of <linux/irq.h> to a whole bunch of files that should really include it. Note that this can replace #inclusions of <asm/irq.h>. This is required for the patch to sort out irqflags handling function naming to compile on MIPS. Split out PCIC dependent code and SoC dependent code from board dependent code. Now TX4927 PCIC code is independent from TX4927/TX4938 SoC code. Also fix some build problems on CONFIG_PCI=n. As a bonus, "FPCIB0 Backplane Support" is available for all TX39/TX49 boards and PCI66 support is available for all TX49 boards. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
