2021-03-17module: remove never implemented MODULE_SUPPORTED_DEVICELeon Romanovsky1-1/+0
MODULE_SUPPORTED_DEVICE was added in pre-git era and never was implemented. In case of error, the function devm_platform_ioremap_resource() returns ERR_PTR() and never returns NULL. The NULL test in the return value check should be replaced with IS_ERR(). 2019-02-01ALSA: mips: pass struct device to DMA API functionsChristoph Hellwig1-3/+4
The DMA API generally relies on a struct device to work properly, and only barely works without one for legacy reasons. Pass the easily available struct device from the platform_device to remedy this. Also use GFP_KERNEL instead of GFP_USER as the gfp_t for the memory allocation, as we should treat this allocation as a normal kernel one.
