This board has not been converted to CONFIG_DM_MMC by the deadline.
Remove it. As this is also the last in family remove the related
support as well.

All platforms currently use the "MCFTMR" DMA timer rather than the PIT
timer, so drop the MCFPIT code.

Most of them are config symbols named after the respective boards which
seems to have been a standard practice at some point.
