First, we convert CONFIG_SYS_I2C_LEGACY to Kconfig. Next, as you cannot have SYS_I2C_LEGACY and DM_I2C at the same time, introduce CONFIG_SPL_SYS_I2C_LEGACY so that we can enable the legacy option only in SPL. - Rename usages of CONFIG_SYS_DEF_EEPROM_ADDR to CONFIG_SYS_I2C_EEPROM_ADDR based on current usage. - Convert CONFIG_SYS_I2C_EEPROM_ADDR, CONFIG_SYS_I2C_EEPROM_ADDR_LEN, CONFIG_SYS_I2C_EEPROM_BUS, CONFIG_CONFIG_SYS_EEPROM_SIZE CONFIG_SYS_EEPROM_PAGE_WRITE_BITS and CONFIG_SYS_EEPROM_PAGE_WRITE_DELAY_MS to Kconfig. Actually, SPL_FSL_PBL is needed for SD/NAND boot on LS1021A/LS1043A/LS1046A to create boot binary having SPL binary in PBI format concatenated with u-boot binary. - In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so. - On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define to 0. - Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR. - Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it. - Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT - On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location. - On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default. - Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within ENV_IS_IN_FLASH. - Migrate all platforms. 2019-10-08spl: Allow tiny printf() to be controlled in SPL and TPLSimon Glass1-1/+1
At present there is only one control for this and it is used for both SPL and TPL. But SPL might have a lot more space than TPL so the extra cost of a full printf() might be acceptable. Split the option into two, providing separate SPL and TPL controls. The TPL setting defaults to the same as SPL. 2019-07-13configs: Make USE_TINY_PRINTF depend on SPL||TPL and be defaultTom Rini1-0/+1
The USE_TINY_PRINTF symbol only changes things within SPL and TPL builds, so make it depend on that support. Next, make it default as within these cases we should rarely have need of more advanced print formats outside of the debug context. To do this, in a few cases we need to correct our Kconfig dependencies as we had cases of non-SPL targets select'ing this symbol.
