In commit <db4080d56dec>, SPL_FSL_PBL is removed from the configs of some LayerScape platforms. Actually, SPL_FSL_PBL is needed for SD/NAND boot on LS1021A/LS1043A/LS1046A to create boot binary having SPL binary in PBI format concatenated with u-boot binary. 2019-11-21env: Finish migration of common ENV optionsTom Rini1-0/+2
- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so. - On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define to 0. - Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR. - Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it. - Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT - On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location. - On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default. - Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within ENV_IS_IN_FLASH. - Migrate all platforms. 2019-11-20env: Add CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR symbolTom Rini1-0/+1
Today in initr_reloc_global_data() we use some non-obvious tests to determine if we need to relocate the env_addr within gd or not. In order to facilitate migration of other symbols to Kconfig we need to introduce a new symbol for this particular use case. With this setting enabled, the on-board QSPI cannot be properly flashed. There are no error messages, but the simple write / read / compare tests fail. This is already disabled in the qspi and tfa defconfigs for the LS1046ARDB platform. This converts the following to Kconfig: CONFIG_SPI This partly involves updating code that assumes that CONFIG_SPI implies things that are specific to the MPC8xx SPI driver. For now, just update the CONFIG tests. This also involves reworking the default for CONFIG_SYS_DEF_EEPROM_ADDR so that we don't set it when we cannot make a reasonable default, as it does not cause any compile failures. 2017-09-01configs: Migrate all of the existing USB symbols, except fastbootTom Rini1-0/+3
This syncs all of the currently Kconfig'd symbols out of the headers and into the defconfig files. This has two exceptions, first am335x_evm needs to be converted to DM in SPL and then it can stop undef'ing CONFIG_DM_USB. Leaving this as-is results in a build failure, and without work, run time failure. The other case is am43xx_evm.h and in turn am43xx_evm_usbhost_boot.
