2019-12-04mtd: ensure MTD/the raw NAND core are compiled when there is a NAND flashMiquel Raynal1-0/+2
Both symbols must be enabled when there is a raw NAND driver selected. Also enable them when CONFIG_CMD_NAND is selected to avoid breaking things when we'll further rework the MTD dependency description. Today in initr_reloc_global_data() we use some non-obvious tests to determine if we need to relocate the env_addr within gd or not. In order to facilitate migration of other symbols to Kconfig we need to introduce a new symbol for this particular use case.
