2020-04-06ARM: zynq: Switch to single zynq configurationsMichal Simek1-66/+0
There are a lot of zynq configurations which can be merged together and use only one for all. The similar change has been done for ZynqMP by commit be1b6c32d940 ("arm64: zynqmp: Use zynqmp_virt platform") Build SPL with u-boot.img for zc706 like this. export DEVICE_TREE=zynq-zc706 && make xilinx_zynq_virt_defconfig && make -j8 u-boot.img is generic for all boards. Tested on Zybo, zc702, zc706, zc770-xm011-x16, cc108 and microzed. Signed-off-by: Michal Simek <michal.simek@xilinx.com>
2020-02-28arm: zynq: zybo z7: fix SPL uart init bitrateMilan Obuch1-1/+1
The board uses 100 MHz clock for UART bitrate generator, but is configured as 50 MHz on defconfig. This produces wrong console output. The first message, "Debug uart enabled" is received as: "b" Fix the issue by configuring the correct clock for the UART baudrate generator Signed-off-by: Milan Obuch <u-boot@dino.sk> Signed-off-by: Luis Araneda <luaraneda@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Michal Simek <michal.simek@xilinx.com>

2019-11-20env: Add CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR symbolTom Rini1-0/+1
Today in initr_reloc_global_data() we use some non-obvious tests to determine if we need to relocate the env_addr within gd or not. In order to facilitate migration of other symbols to Kconfig we need to introduce a new symbol for this particular use case. 2019-10-24ARM: zynq: Move BOOTM_NETBSD to KconfigMichal Simek1-0/+1
The commit 4b0bcfa7c4ec ("Kconfig: Migrate CONFIG_BOOTM_* options") moved BOOTM_ options to Kconfig that's why align zynq defconfig with it. Disabling NETBSD was done by commit d6f48ea5ce18 ("ARM: zynq: Do not enable NETBSD support by default"). Signed-off-by: Michal Simek <michal.simek@xilinx.com>
2019-10-08ARM: zynq: Define default SYS_PROMPTMichal Simek1-1/+0
All boards are using the same prompt that's why add it as default value to Kconfig to simplify defconfigs. Signed-off-by: Michal Simek <michal.simek@xilinx.com>
2019-08-26Convert CONFIG_SYS_SPI_U_BOOT_OFFS to KconfigHannes Schmelzer1-0/+1
This converts the following to Kconfig: CONFIG_SYS_SPI_U_BOOT_OFFS Signed-off-by: Hannes Schmelzer <hannes.schmelzer@br-automation.com> [trini: Expose this for SPL_SPI_SUNXI for now] Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>
2019-08-02Convert CONFIG_USE_PREBOOT and CONFIG_PREBOOT to KconfigSimon Glass1-0/+1
This converts the following to Kconfig: CONFIG_USE_PREBOOT CONFIG_PREBOOT Both are together in one commit, since otherwise the former causes kconfig to define the latter, which gives duplicate symbol errors. Includes a manual fixup for CONFIG_PREBOOT in ids8313_defconfig since the backslash lands in the wrong place. Similarly with socfpga_vining_fpga. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>
2019-07-11configs: Rename CONFIG_IMAGE_FORMAT_LEGACY to CONFIG_LEGACY_IMAGE_FORMATTom Rini1-1/+1
The name CONFIG_LEGACY_IMAGE_FORMAT reads slightly better along with allowing us to avoid a rather nasty Kbuild/Kconfig issue down the line with CONFIG_IS_ENABLED(IMAGE_FORMAT_LEGACY). In a few places outside of cmd/ switch to using CONFIG_IS_ENABLED() to test what is set. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>
2019-06-14configs: Migrate CONFIG_SYS_LDSCRIPT to KconfigTom Rini1-0/+2
In order to migrate this symbol to Kconfig introduce a new symbol to guard it, CONFIG_SYS_CUSTOM_LDSCRIPT. When that is set we can then provide the exact final location o the script. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>
2019-05-18CONFIG_SPL_SYS_[DI]CACHE_OFF: addTrevor Woerner1-0/+1
While converting CONFIG_SYS_[DI]CACHE_OFF to Kconfig, there are instances where these configuration items are conditional on SPL. This commit adds SPL variants of these configuration items, uses CONFIG_IS_ENABLED(), and updates the configurations as required. This converts the following to Kconfig: CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT_BUS CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT_CS CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT_MODE CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT_SPEED I use moveconfig script and then manual check on generated u-boot.cfg to solve the remaining issue. Signed-off-by: Patrick Delaunay <patrick.delaunay@st.com>
2019-02-14ARM: zynq: Run distribution boot commands firstMichal Simek1-1/+0
This patch is doing two things. 1. Exchanging order of boot commands. distro_bootcmd is run first followed by Xilinx boot command. 2. Remove CONFIG_BOOTCOMMAND from configs (and follow mainline) by creating Xilinx distribution bootcommand and wiring it as the last bootcommand. QSPI, NAND distribution boot command will be added later. Signed-off-by: Michal Simek <michal.simek@xilinx.com>
2019-02-07configs: Don't use SPI_FLASH_BAR as defaultVignesh R1-1/+0
Now that new SPI NOR layer uses stateless 4 byte opcodes by default, don't enable SPI_FLASH_BAR. For SPI controllers that cannot support 4-byte addressing, (stm32_qspi.c, fsl_qspi.c, mtk_qspi.c, ich.c, renesas_rpc_spi.c) add an imply clause to enable SPI_FLASH_BAR so as to not break functionality.
