2019-07-19ARM: imx6: DHCOM i.MX6 PDK: Switch to DM for I2CLudwig Zenz1-8/+0
This patch enables DM I2C for DHCOM i.MX6 PDK2 boards and removes non DM I2C code. The I2C EEPROM with ethaddr (MAC) is defined in the device tree. Use UCLASS_I2C_EEPROM to find the device by fixed hardware path and read the ethaddr. Tested with DHCOM i.MX6dl and DHCOM i.MX6q. 2019-04-13configs: move CONFIG_MXC_OCOTP to KconfigMarcel Ziswiler1-5/+0
While commit 3e020f03e94f ("driver: misc: add MXC_OCOTP Kconfig entry") introduced a Kconfig entry it did not actually migrate all configurations to using it. As CONFIG_MXC_OCOTP was in mx{6/7}_common.h enable it by default on those architectures. Additionally, also enable it on ARCH_IMX8M and ARCH_VF610 where all current members enabled it through their legacy configuration header files. 2019-03-26Convert CONFIG_ENV_SPI_* to KconfigPatrick Delaunay1-4/+0
This converts the following to Kconfig: CONFIG_ENV_SPI_BUS CONFIG_ENV_SPI_CS CONFIG_ENV_SPI_MAX_HZ CONFIG_ENV_SPI_MODE Most of time these value are not needed, CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT with same value is used, so I introduced CONFIG_USE_ENV_SPI_* to force the associated value for the environment. 2019-03-26Convert CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT_* to KconfigPatrick Delaunay1-6/+0
This converts the following to Kconfig: CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT_BUS CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT_CS CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT_MODE CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT_SPEED I use moveconfig script and then manual check on generated u-boot.cfg to solve the remaining issue. Signed-off-by: Patrick Delaunay <patrick.delaunay@st.com>

2018-08-16configs: Migrate CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKSTom Rini1-1/+0
We have the following cases: - CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally - CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now. - CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 + 2), set this to 8. 2018-05-07SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel styleTom Rini1-2/+1
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line) and with slightly different comment styles than us. In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style. This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag and have introduced one. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>

2018-03-16Convert all of CONFIG_CONS_INDEX to KconfigTom Rini1-1/+0
This converts the following to Kconfig: CONFIG_CONS_INDEX We have existing entries for this option in a number of places, with different guards on them. They're also sometimes used for things not directly inside of the serial driver. First, introduce a new symbol to guard the use of CONFIG_CONS_INDEX, so that in the case where we don't need this for the serial driver, but for some other use, we can still do it. Next, consolidate all of these into the single entry in drivers/serial/Kconfig. Finally, introduce CONS_INDEX_[023456] so that we can imply a correct value here to make the defconfig side of this smaller. Signed-off-by: Adam Ford <aford173@gmail.com> [trini: Rework a lot of the logic here, such that I took authorship from Adam, but kept his S-o-B line] Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>
2018-02-25bootcount: Migrate CONFIG_SYS_BOOTCOUNT_ADDRTom Rini1-1/+0
Migrate the users of CONFIG_SYS_BOOTCOUNT_ADDR to Kconfig. We can provide a default for BOOTCOUNT_AM33XX as that's a specific part of the RTC in use. We can also provide a default for ARCH_LS1043A and ARCH_LS1021A as they had been previously calculated and their symbols are in Kconfig. In the case of other QE-enabled platforms, they are not so we must update the relevant defconfig files. The previous default only applied in some cases, even on a specific SoC family.
