2022-10-18arm64: dts: qcom: msm8998: align TLMM pin configuration with DT schemaKrzysztof Kozlowski1-3/+4
DT schema expects TLMM pin configuration nodes to be named with '-state' suffix and their optional children with '-pins' suffix. 2022-10-17arm64: dts: qcom: align RPM regulators node name with bindingsKrzysztof Kozlowski1-1/+1
Node names should be generic and new DT schema expects RPM regulators node to be just "regulators". 2022-06-27arm64: dts: qcom: msm8998*: Keep MMCC & MMSS_SMMU enabled by defaultKonrad Dybcio1-0/+14
MMCC is a component of the SoC that should always be configured. It was kept off due to misconfiguration on clamshell machines. Keep it disabled on these ones and enable it by default on all the others. Exactly the same story applies to MMSS_SMMU, which directly depends on MMCC. Do note, that if a platform doesn't use neither EFIFB (only applies to WoA devices in this case) or simplefb (applies to precisely 2 msm8998 devices as of this commit), this will not cause any harm. 2022-06-27arm64: dts: qcom: msm8998*: Fix TLMM and pin nodesKonrad Dybcio1-7/+5
Remove the unnecessary level of indentation, commonize SDC2 pins and notice that SDCC2_CD_ON and _OFF is identical, deduplicate it! Also, remove some unnecessary overrides and use decimal values in #-cells Signed-off-by: Konrad Dybcio <konrad.dybcio@somainline.org> Signed-off-by: Bjorn Andersson <bjorn.andersson@linaro.org> Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20220430162353.607709-1-konrad.dybcio@somainline.org
2021-11-21arm64: dts: qcom: Add missing vdd-supply for QUSB2 PHYShawn Guo1-0/+1

2021-02-03arm64: dts: qcom: msm8998: Disable some components by defaultKonrad Dybcio1-0/+16
Some components (like PCIe) are not used on all devices and with a certain firmware configuration they might end up triggering a force reboot or a Synchronous Abort. This commit brings no functional difference as the nodes are enabled on devices which didn't disable them previously. 2020-06-21arm64: dts: qcom: msm8998-clamshell: Fix label on l15 regulatorJeffrey Hugo1-1/+1
The label on the l15 regulator node does not follow the style of the rest of the regulator nodes. Luckily, no one has used the label yet, so lets fix it. 2019-12-18arm64: dts: msm8998-clamshell: Add pm8005_s1 regulatorJeffrey Hugo1-0/+17
The pm8005_s1 is VDD_GFX, and needs to be on to enable the GPU. This should be hooked up to the GPU CPR, but we don't have support for that yet, so until then, just turn on the regulator and keep it on so that we can focus on basic GPU bringup. 2019-12-18arm64: dts: qcom: msm8998: Fixup uart3 gpio config for bluetoothJeffrey Hugo1-0/+23
It turns out that the wcn3990 can float the gpio lines during bootup, etc which will result in the uart core thinking there is incoming data. This results in the bluetooth stack getting garbage. By applying a bias to match what wcn3990 would drive, the issue is corrected. 2019-11-01arm64: dts: qcom: msm8998-clamshell: Remove retention idle stateJeffrey Hugo1-0/+37
The retention idle state does not appear to be supported by the firmware present on the msm8998 laptops since the state is advertised as disabled in ACPI, and attempting to enable the state in DT is observed to result in boot hangs. Therefore, remove the state from use to address the observed issues.
