The r9a06g032 SoC of the RZ/N1 family features two GMAC devices named
GMAC1/2, that are based on Synopsys cores. GMAC1 is connected to a
RGMII/RMII converter that is already described in this device tree.

As the "soc" node already specifies the GIC as the interrupt-parent,

This allows us to update the DT bindings to mark the "interrupt-names"

According to Table 8.1, "Summary of Module Power, Reset condition and
Clock assignment" of the R-Mobile APE6 Hardware Manual Rev. 0.7, the
parent clock of the thermal sensor clock is the Common Peripheral (CP)
clock, which runs at 13 MHz (main clock / 2).
As the R-Car Thermal driver does not use the clock rate, this change has
no functional impact.

Add the Common Peripheral (CP) clock, which is driven by the main
clock / 2 during normal system operation, but may be driven by EXTALR
during early system boot, when SYSCLK_EN is still low. As the latter is
irrelevant to Linux, just model it as a fixed clock driven from
main_div2_clk.
Switch all users of main_div2_clk that are documented to be clocked by
the CP clock to cp_clk, to better reflect the actual clock topology.

Several board DTS files contain minimal device nodes that represent
on-SoC Local Bus State Controllers (LBSC), although they belong in the
SoC-specific DTS files instead. As these device nodes are incomplete
and unused, and hamper adding proper nodes later, it is better to just
remove them.

On blanche, the GPIO keyboard fails to probe with:
sh-pfc e6060000.pinctrl: could not map pin config for "GP_11_02"
Fix this by correcting the name for this pin to "GP_11_2".

The arm dts directory has grown to 1559 boards which makes it a bit
unwieldy to maintain and use. Past attempts stalled out due to plans to
move .dts files out of the kernel tree. Doing that is no longer planned
(any time soon at least), so let's go ahead and group .dts files by
vendors. This move aligns arm with arm64 .dts file structure.
There's no change to dtbs_install as the flat structure is maintained on
install.
The naming of vendor directories is roughly in this order of preference:
- Matching original and current SoC vendor prefix/name (e.g. ti, qcom)
- Current vendor prefix/name if still actively sold (SoCs which have
been aquired) (e.g. nxp/imx)
- Existing platform name for older platforms not sold/maintained by any
company (e.g. gemini, nspire)
The whole move was scripted with the exception of MAINTAINERS and a few
makefile fixups.
